Brantome Silverplated 8″ Pie Knife by Ercuis

The Brantme pattern has all the characteristics specific to 17th century cutlery. The three-pronged fork as well as the spoon have the same so-called rat tail ornament at the level of their buttons and a strong Gothic inspiration draws the sleeves in the shape of an ogive. The Couvert Brantme is today a great Ercuis classic.
