From the Birds Collection…

At first glance, Night Bird evokes the unmistakable silhouette of a penguin or puffin, interpreted through Anu Penttinen’s distinctive artistic vision. A lustrous midnight-black upper body creates a dramatic contrast against a pristine white base, while a vivid red beak lends a striking focal point to the composition.

Like Snowball, Night Bird features a compact, rounded form that gives the impression of quietly resting in place. His generously proportioned, gently downturned beak imparts a charmingly whimsical expression, balancing refined elegance with playful character. Masterfully handcrafted in glass, every curve captures light with remarkable depth, revealing the artistry for which Iittala is celebrated.

Whether displayed as a standalone statement piece or alongside other collectible Birds, Night Bird brings a sophisticated yet joyful presence to any interior. Endearing, distinctive, and in
